I do high intensity workouts, with lots of jumping. This bra is my go-to when I need support, comfort and style. It will keep the tatas secured without making you feel like you are wearing a victorian-era corset. Cyndia helped me find the right size for my body (booby) type and it is perfect! Get this bra if you are tired of being slapped in the face by your left or right "girl" each time you run or jump!
